About Brennick: software for plaintiff firms, built to be supervised

Brennick builds case analysis and intake software for plaintiff firms of every size, in personal injury and employment. It is built around one rule: an attorney approves everything.

The analysis screen in Brennick: the case timeline on the left and the cited record page open on the right.

Why Brennick exists

The first read of a case file is slow, expensive and easy to get wrong. Hundreds of pages of records, bills and letters have to become a timeline someone can trust before anyone can value the case or write the demand.

Software can do much of that reading. But an AI tool a lawyer cannot check is worse than none. An uncited summary has to be read against the record anyway, and output nobody supervised puts the firm’s judgment in a machine’s hands.

So Brennick is built the other way round. Every claim it makes points to a page, and nothing it drafts is used until a licensed attorney at your firm approves it.

The rules it is built on

  • An attorney approves everything

AI output is a draft until a licensed attorney at your firm approves it. Every draft and every review goes into an audit log nobody can edit.

  • Every claim cites a page

Timeline entries, gaps and answers name the page they rest on, so a reader can check each one against the record.

  • Clients never see AI output

Your clients see their status, messages, uploads and to-dos. A score, a damages range or an analysis never reaches them, in any form, on any plan.

  • Flat pricing, never tied to results

Lawyers may not share their fees with someone who is not a lawyer, and a price that rises with a settlement starts to look like that. So Brennick charges each firm a flat price, whatever a case resolves for, and the client portal offers no reward for a referral or a review.

  • No forecasts

The strength assessment describes what the record supports and what cuts against it. It never forecasts a result.

  • People talk to your clients

There is no AI phone intake and no AI that talks to clients. Your intake page is a form, and the people who call your firm talk to people at your firm.

Brennick sells software to law firms on flat monthly and annual plans.

Brennick is software for law firms, not a law firm, and does not give legal advice. It does not form an attorney-client relationship with anyone. Your firm’s lawyers make every legal judgment, and Brennick records who approved what.
